Comprehensive Professional Learning

We provide comprehensive professional learning for K–12 educators in mathematics, science, and the humanities, designed to deepen content knowledge, strengthen the use of research-based instructional practices, and support meaningful improvements in teaching and learning. Our offerings are available in in-person, online, and hybrid formats to meet the diverse needs of educators and organizations.

Leadership Development and Coaching

We support school leaders at every stage of their careers through personalized leadership development and coaching. Through confidential and collaborative partnerships, our coaches help superintendents, district office leaders, and school-based administrators deepen their leadership practice, navigate complex challenges, and lead meaningful improvement efforts within their school communities. Participants also gain access to a series of online leadership development workshops facilitated by Warner Graduate School faculty and staff throughout the school year.

Teacher Leadership Development

We provide customized professional learning for teacher leaders and coaches that supports all aspects of their roles through targeted sessions, coaching, or a combination of both. Our support is tailored to individuals and small groups to meet their unique needs and goals. Programs may include coaching and development opportunities for teacher leaders and instructional coaches that strengthen instructional leadership, deepen coaching practice, and support the facilitation of collaborative professional learning and school-based improvement efforts.

Curriculum and Instructional Material Support

We support districts in implementing high-quality instructional materials by aligning adopted curricula with evidence-based instructional practices. Support may include professional learning sessions, learning labs, and coaching designed to strengthen instructional coherence and implementation.

Content Focused Coaching

We offer one-on-one and group coaching for teachers seeking to deepen their understanding of content-specific teaching and learning and shift their instructional practice to improve student outcomes. As collaborative partners in the classroom, coaches and teachers examine current practice, explore new instructional strategies, and support meaningful growth for both teachers and students. We ground our work in a content-focused coaching model cycle of planning, lesson implementation, and debriefing, supporting ongoing reflection and instructional improvement. Coaching is available in in-person, online, and hybrid formats and can be tailored for individuals or groups.

Learning Labs

Learning labs are collaborative professional learning experiences in which teachers plan, observe, and reflect together to deepen understanding and strengthen instructional practice. They center professional conversation on content, instructional practice, and student thinking. A facilitator designs and teaches a lesson aligned with broader professional learning goals or district initiatives and engages teachers through three phases: planning, observation, and debrief.
