Current full-time University of Rochester students automatically have access to our facilities at no cost. If you are a full-time student and would like to add your spouse or domestic partner for $165, please do so here. The person you add must be your legally recognized spouse or domestic partner.
If you have a friend, significant other, tennis partner, etc., that wants to join, they may do so with a Friend of the University membership or you can bring them as your guest for the day ($5).
Annual rate memberships (full amount) expire one year from the date of purchase. Annual rate membership fees (full amount) are not eligible to be prorated or reimbursed.
To activate the R Club secondary membership, your spouse or domestic partner must have a valid University of Rochester ID card. If they don’t already have an ID card you will be sent instructions about how to obtain one after your purchase. There may be fees associated for obtaining an ID card, please contact the ID card office for more information.
Payments are accepted by credit card online or by payroll deduction (if your primary membership is through payroll deduction).
Renewal: It is the responsibility of the R Club member to renew their membership on or before the expiration date each year. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your membership and your access will be removed. If you have a locker associated with your account, the contents will be removed and the locker will be prepared for resale. Locker contents in fair condition will be removed from expired lockers will be donated to charity. All other items will be discarded.
Separation from the University will result in the termination of your membership. If you are no longer affiliated with the University, you have the option of re-joining as a Friend of the University.
Failure to comply with University of Rochester or Goergen Athletic Center policies may result in the suspension or termination of your R Club membership.
