Megan Bennett-Spears serves as Program Coordinator in the Office for Global Engagement. Serving under the supervision and direction of the Assistant Director of Global Affairs and Engagement. Megan manages the Global Visitor Program for Visiting Students and Scholars; the University’s central program to facilitate the development of key research and academic collaborations for schools and faculty. Her additional responsibilities include managing the Global Engagement social media outlets and providing support for Global partnerships and initiatives.
Megan is committed to strengthening the University’s international relationships. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and is currently pursuing a masters in Higher Education Administration at the Warner School of Education. Her background in corporate retail buying and nonprofit management has positioned her to have a unique skill set specializing in program and project management, communication strategies, and relationship development.
