Mainframe reports are bundled and printed as a group of reports on the same type of paper.
Reports/Bundles print with an associated user-id used for distribution.
Reports are distributed to users in several ways.
- Printed reports are delivered by mail services
- Reports can be emailed as a .PDF, .RTF, .TXT, or .XLS file
- ONLINE viewing
- Print reports directly to a departments' VPS printer
- Or any combination
Reports can also be broken down into ‘parts' by text selection criteria -- i.e. specific account number, department name or number – and distributed as such.
Individuals can reprint pages or the complete report(s) as needed.
