Yes, although we strongly encourage you to register in advance as some events will sell out.

If you misplace your registration information, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 877.MELIORA (877.635.4672), 585.273.5888, or melioraweekend@alumni.rochester.edu.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards and personal checks for registration. Debit cards cannot be accepted. If paying by check, please make payable to University of Rochester.

How do I change my registration?
To modify your registration, you must indicate the requested changes in writing and fax to 585.473.5739 or e-mail melioraweekend@alumni.rochester.edu.

Will I receive confirmation of the events I register for?
If you register via the Web site, you will receive a confirmation page to print for your records. If you register via mail or fax, a confirmation will be mailed to you.

Do events sell out?
Yes. Many events, particularly the keynote and entertainment events, reach capacity quickly and must be closed. Registering early is the best way to ensure you are able to attend your preferred events. This Web site will indicate which events have closed, and the online registration form will not allow you to register for closed events. Once the weekend is in progress, please check with on-site registration staff if you have questions about availability of specific events.

Is seating general admission, or reserved?
In most cases seating is first-come, first-seated. Space is limited at all events, so please arrive early.

TRANSPORTATION

Is parking available?
River Campus parking is available but limited, especially when classes are in session on Friday. Shuttle service is provided to and from campus lots. If you plan to come to campus Thursday evening, parking is open where legal spaces are available. See the Parking & Shuttles page on this site for additional details.

Is transportation provided during the weekend?
Shuttle service is provided to and from the hotels listed on this Web site only. Shuttles will also be provided between select off-campus events, hotels, and the River Campus. Refer to the weekend pocket program for details once you arrive on campus. Golf carts are available on the River Campus to assist guests who need help getting to and from venues. Transportation is not available from the airport to campus.
