Special Interest Group (SIG) Members

The Special Interest Group (SIG) members were nominated based on their role at each school. The main objective of the SIG nomination process is ensuring appropriate school representation on each team.

The key roles of SIG members includes:

  • Providing insight into current business practices in each school
  • Participation in creating common business practices to be used across the institution
  • Representing business requirements that are unique to each school
  • Providing information to support configuration of the system
  • Providing information about necessary data for conversion to the new system
  • Review and confirmation of converted data
  • Participation in creation of test cases to confirm system functionality
  • Participation in user acceptance testing
  • Assist as a subject matter expert for training and support
  • Serve as a project champion to help each school adopt the new system and business processes when the system goes live
