Training will be offered to all UR Budget system users.
System access and training was initially derived from legacy budget system(s) users. Further definition originated by employees responsible or budgeting or viewing specific FAOs. Users responsible for budgeting or viewing Provider Groups were also identified.
Each user will receive training on at least two course modules:
- An online course which will introduce you to the user interface, navigational tips and tricks, and how to enter data
- An instructor led course for what is called the “Summary/Labor” component of the system.
Additional instructor led training courses will be required based on additional roles that you will be assigned in the UR Budget system. More details will be provided in the upcoming months as well as a detailed course schedule for each individual.
Registration for courses will be available via MyPath for River Campus and Medical Center users.
Highland Hospital users will participate in specialized training events, on location, with registration in Achieve.
