Will the fiscal year budgets still be input on an annual basis?

Yes, budgets will still be input on an annual basis, however they will be spread into monthly amounts via a number of monthly spread methods.  When comparing budget to actuals in UR Financials, each month can be compared, or fiscal year to date amounts can be compared as well.
