The Saunders Center for Orthopaedics & Physical Performance
A body in motion stays in motion. As Americans age and obesity rates rise, most adults lack enough physical activity, leading to an increase in arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, and bone fractures.
The Saunders Center for Orthopaedics & Physical Performance meets this growing need, offering comprehensive care in a state-of-the-art facility. From diagnosis to treatment, patients have access to medical imaging, physical therapy, sports medicine facilities, athletic training, injury prevention programs, and nutrition/mind-body wellness services—all under one roof—in a premier orthopaedics campus unlike any other in the Northeast.
CHAMPP is a new approach to health and wellness that harnesses research, data science, and clinical expertise from several disciplines to help athletes and physically active people reach their goals and lead their best and fullest lives. Learn how athletes like Isaiah Stewart, a Rochester native and member of the Detroit Pistons, and Madison, a division I collegiate lacrosse player—use CHAMPP to recover from injury.
