University of Rochester Advancement is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable event experience for all our guests.
We strongly encourage all guests to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. We are also recommending guests who are able, take a rapid COVID-19 test on the day of the event. This is an extra precaution, but we believe it will help make the event safer for everyone.
Per current University policy, guests attending indoor events on campus are required to wear disposable, non-cloth masks when not actively eating or drinking.
For Advancement events held off campus, guests are encouraged to wear masks, especially when not actively eating or drinking.
Regardless of your test results, if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (such as fever, sore throat, chills, cough, shortness of breath, congestion, nausea or vomiting), within 24 hours of the start of the event, or you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days prior to the event, we ask that you please remain at home and join us for another event in the future. We will refund any registration fees if applicable.
All health and safety protocols are subject to change and must also adhere to city, state, and venue restrictions. Please check this site and review your event confirmation email before attending an event.
