Photos and videos may be taken at University of Rochester Advancement events which may be used for marketing and advertising purposes in print, online, on social media, and in multimedia productions.
Accommodations and accessibility

In all situations, a good faith effort (up until 24 hours before the event) will be made to provide accommodations.
Attire
Suggested attire for University of Rochester Advancement events is business casual unless otherwise noted.
Refunds and cancellations
Unless otherwise noted, we are able to provide a refund if a cancellation request is made more than 5 business days prior to the event. If a refund request is submitted after that deadline, we will convert your paid registration fee to a gift to the University of Rochester. These guidelines do not apply to galas, walks, golf tournaments, etc., that raise critical funds for the University of Rochester Medical Center or the Memorial Art Gallery.

Parking
Unless otherwise noted, parking fees are not included with event registration. Parking details can typically be found in your event confirmation materials.
