Register to attend

Eligible members of the Class of 2026 must register to participate in the University’s Commencement Weekend, taking place from May 15–17. The student registration process includes the following:

• URID: Have your student ID (URID) number ready to confirm your eligibility for graduation—your URID can be found in UR Student under the summary tab on your profile page.
• Guests: There’s no limit on the number of guests for the University Commencement Ceremony. However, graduates should check with their school or department for specific guest guidelines for other graduation events throughout the weekend.
• School and department graduation ceremonies: Sign up to cross the stage at your school or department graduation ceremony.
