Commencement Weekend is a special time to honor the hard work and achievements of the Class of 2026. Make sure you’re part of the celebration!
Order your regalia
If you have ordered your regalia, you may pick it up from the Bookstore in College Town from Monday, May 4 to Thursday, May14. For any questions, please reach out to Aylin Tunay (aylin.tunay@rochester.edu).

These key details will help ensure a smooth and seamless Commencement Weekend. Take a moment to review the information below so you’re fully prepared.
Faculty participating in the University Commencement Ceremony are invited to the platform party and faculty brunch at 11 a.m. in the Richard Feldman Ballroom, Frederick Douglass Commons.
The March 30 deadline for faculty regalia has passed, so avoid contacting the University Bookstore directly. Instead, use this link to submit your details. The bookstore team will attempt to fulfill late requests using remaining stock, though exact sizing cannot be guaranteed.
Faculty can return regalia at the following locations during Commencement Weekend:
- University Bookstore (Barnes & Noble) – Available all days
- Eastman Theatre – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Hoyt Hall Help Desk (G15) – Saturday and Monday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
