Resources for Faculty

Celebrate and participate

This page includes helpful information for University of Rochester faculty to help them take part in all that Commencement Weekend has to offer.

The platform party and faculty brunch will be held immediately following the Commencement Ceremony in the Feldman Ballroom.

Advanced regalia orders were due by Friday, March 24. All regalia will be available for pick up at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore (1305 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620).

If you own your regalia, you may wear it to participate in the Commencement ceremony or other events.

There will not be regalia drop-off locations on River Campus after the Commencement Ceremony. You may keep the regalia you have ordered through the weekend if you plan to attend your school’s graduation ceremony.
