Rochester Victory Alliance, a vaccine research clinic based at the Medical Center, is seeking healthy volunteers ages 18–50 for an upcoming study to help end HIV. It is impossible to get HIV from study vaccines, and volunteers are compensated up to $750 for participation. Call (585) 756-2329 or email volunteer@rochestervictoryalliance.org for more information. Please note that the clinic’s email forwarding system was recently down but is working now. If you tried to reach them previously and didn’t hear back, please try again.
In celebration of LGBTQAI+ friends and colleagues, River Campus Libraries and the Barbara J. Burger iZone are looking to share inspirational, creative, authentic, and respectful comments from lived experiences within the University community. Responses (which can be anonymous) shared through this form will be written on different colored Post-it notes and put on the windows of iZone to form a large Pride flag.
Face masks are optional for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors indoors. Patient care areas, as well as University shuttles and transportation, continue to require masking. A full description of Medical Center masking requirements is available on the URMC Intranet (University network access required).
