Interest events for Mitigating Risk on Campus team
The Division of University Student Life announces the establishment of the mROC Team—Mitigating Risk on Campus. This group of faculty and staff members will work registered events that are categorized as demonstrations, vigils, and peaceful protests to help guide, direct, and observe events and ensure safety. The team will also ensure the protection of freedom of speech, assembly, and expression, and ensure that all of those expressions are done in a way that comports with the University’s Meliora values. Register here for a Q&A and interest event for inclusion on the team. Email Z Paul Reynolds with questions.
Understand your benefits during Mental Health Awareness Month
Under the YOUR PPO Plan, utilizing Behavioral Health Partners guarantees 100 percent coverage before meeting the deductible, while the YOUR HSA-Eligible Plan ensures 100 percent coverage after the deductible has been met. For any other mental health inpatient or outpatient visits, a 10 percent coinsurance applies after meeting the deductible under both plans, for Tier 1 and Tier 2 provider networks. To check your eligibility and find other resources that may benefit you, visit the Well-U website.
Vision care reminder
If you enrolled in VSP Vision Care for 2025 (Benefit Extras Before Tax would appear on your paystub), you don’t need a card to utilize your benefits. When you go to a vision appointment, tell them your VSP ID number, which is three zeros followed by your employee ID number. Find more information about your coverage here.
