Jennifer Natoli, Nurse Navigator

Each week, we spotlight a faculty or staff member who has been recognized as a UR Star. Jennifer Natoli, a nurse navigator, was recognized for demonstrating accountability.

“I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jen for her dedication and support of our sedation service. As our nurse navigator, Jen manages the sedation schedule, a role that is especially important given the consistently high demand for our service. With her upcoming vacation and our charge RN serving as her backup, Jen graciously took the time to meet with our charge nurse and provide guidance on her role, the scheduling process, and how to best navigate the sedation needs while she is away. Her willingness to take the time to prepare and support our team will make a significant difference during her absence. We greatly appreciate Jen’s time, dedication, and commitment to our sedation service and staff. Thank you, Jen, for always going above and beyond to support our team!”
