The George Eastman Circle invites you and a guest to a special Impact in Focus Luncheon, presented in partnership with the Simon Business School and hosted by Mitch Lovett, Interim Dean, at his home.
This event brings together fellow George Eastman Circle members, Simon alumni, and friends of the University of Rochester in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Guests will enjoy a barbecue lunch, seasonal refreshments, and remarks from University leadership while celebrating the collective power of philanthropy and all it makes possible in the spirit of Meliora—ever better.
Guests will hear firsthand how experiential learning and applied business education equip future leaders to thrive in a rapidly changing world, the vital role philanthropic support plays in expanding opportunities and advancing innovation, and how generosity helps strengthen the ties that connect Simon Business School and the broader University of Rochester network.
The program will also feature Wayne France '89, '94S (MBA), Executive Director of Experiential Learning, who will share more about the Simon Vision Consulting Group initiative and its impact on leadership development, professional growth, and civic engagement. Through hands-on consulting experiences, students gain valuable opportunities to apply their business education while creating meaningful benefits for the organizations they serve.
