
Special Hires
When a department identifies a candidate through their own recruitment efforts, and they wish to hire the candidate as a temporary, the department may "payroll" that candidate through Strong Staffing.
Unlike regular Strong Staffing temporaries, who have been interviewed and referenced by the Strong Staffing recruitment team, the "Special Hire" has been interviewed and referenced by the hiring department, and all employee counseling and discipline must be handled by the hiring department.
Requests for "Special Hire" require the same authorization forms as regular requests for temporary employees. (Please see Printable Forms )
