Learn how to setup Direct Deposit
- Log into HRMS to set up your Direct Deposit by following the navigation instructions above. (Net ID/User Name and Password required).
- If you don’t want Direct Deposit, paychecks will then be mailed to address on file in HRMS.

University Email
- Medical Center Departments: A URMC email has automatically been created for you. The email address will be presented to you as part of initializing your accounts at https://myidentity.rochester.edu/newuser.
- Affiliated Hospital Departments: Have your manager or recruiter request that an account be created for you by opening a ticket with the ISD Service Desk at (585) 275-3200 or ISD_Services@URMC.rochester.edu.
- Non Medical Center Departments: A UR Active Directory account has already been created for you. Please have your supervisor or recruiter go to https://tech.rochester.edu/services/microsoft-365/ and fill out the "Request an account" form to ask that a mailbox be added to your existing UR Active Directory account.
- NOTE: The University requires that passwords be updated annually. You will receive notification via your University Email when the password needs to be updated.

Time Card/Payroll Process
- Please review the Time Card Due Date Schedule.
- Confirm with your recruiter how to report your time worked. (Time card or Kronos swipes)
- If you are in a position where you will be submitting a time card you can obtain blank Time Cards at the Information Desk of Strong Memorial Hospital, Strong Staffing Office (910 Genesee St. Suite 100, open 8am-4:30pm) or by emailing Strong Staffing providing the departments box number for interoffice mail.

Learn about Benefit Information
- Statutory Sick Pay Benefits (Short Term Disability), Workers Compensation, Sick Leave Hours.
- Jury Duty - You will be paid for the day(s) you are summoned to Jury Duty. You MUST present the original stamped certificate in order to be paid.
- Holiday Pay - If you work on a University issued holiday you will receive double time for hours worked.
