Phase I: Visioning and Project Framework

Phase I of master planning received recommendations and guidance from a broadly diverse executive steering committee, which was instrumental in selecting the consultant and establishing the project framework. This work concluded in winter 2025.

An advisory group of 50+ faculty and staff from across the University were nominated by their unit leadership to represent critical areas in one-on-one interviews with the consultants.

All faculty, staff, and students were invited to participate in mapping activities, surveys, and university-wide presentations promoted through University communications.

Phase II: Strategic Direction and Plan Development
