Experience Rochester: The US Labor Market and the COVID-19 Crisis: Explanations and Predictions

Her research suggests that the economic collapse was not caused solely by the stay-at-home orders and would not be undone simply by lifting them. It hit all US states, regardless of stay-at-home policies and it spanned nearly all industries and occupations.
