New high-tech hub for entrepreneurship debuts in Sibley Square

Now in its new space on the sixth floor of historic Sibley Square, NextCorps (formerly High Tech Rochester) will serve as one of the cornerstones of the revitalization of downtown Rochester. NextCorps is an affiliate of the University of Rochester and the region’s only state- and federally-designated business incubator.

Groundbreaking for HTR’s new incubator takes place at Sibley Building

Construction for the new University-affiliated High Tech Rochester (HTR) Business Accelerator is under way. The sixth floor of the former department store will undergo a $24 million renovation to create a state-of-the art business incubation facility in the heart of downtown Rochester.

HTR announces new downtown incubator

High Tech Rochester (HTR) will expand its operations to the center of Rochester, creating $24 million business incubator facility will be located in the Sibley Building and serve as the cornerstone of the city’s new innovation zone.
