The MBA program at the Simon Business School, the only program in the US to offer a STEM designation in every area of specialization, has been named the “Program of the Year” for 2018 by Poets & Quants, a leading online news source covering the graduate business education market.

Rochester jumped three spots to number 61 on this year’s top 100 rankings from the National Academy of Inventors and the Intellectual Property Owners Association.

The Simon Business School is ranked number 13 in the United States and number 21 in the world by the Financial Times in its first-ever ranking of the top 50 MBA programs for women.

The University rose to number 73 in the annual Open Doors report on international student enrollment, and Forbes ranks Rochester number 27 in its list of “50 Best U.S. Colleges for International Students 2017.”

The Simon Business School is one of the nation's top schools for entrepreneurship studies, according to the Princeton Review, which placed Simon at number 21 among graduate schools, up two places from last year.

According to the 2017 QS World University Rankings released on March 8, eleven U.S. universities ranked in the top 25, with the University of Rochester No. 8 among them.
