OHSP has updated Policy 1001: Quality Improvement Program, effective 1/31/2024.
Updates include:
- Clarifications regarding the review of Quality Improvement Review Reports for research reviewed by an External IRB (Section 6.5); and
- Additional editorial/administrative revisions.
