Final Workshop of Conflict Transformation at UR Series

Launched in partnership with the Office of University Engagement and Enrichment in March, this three-month program brings together faculty and staff to build skills for navigating conflict through dialogue, empathy, and collaboration. Participants met for three in-person, three-hour sessions and will continue their learning with group support and coaching over the summer.

To keep the momentum going, participants are diving into Amanda Ripley’s High Conflict—a powerful read that deepens our understanding of how conflicts escalate and how they can be transformed.

We’re proud to support this important work at the University of Rochester. Stay tuned as we continue exploring new ways to foster a culture of curiosity, connection, and courageous conversation.
