Dr. Davis is a dedicated educator and teacher leader with over a decade of experience in K–6 education, specializing in mathematics instruction, STEAM integration, and arts-based learning. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration, creativity, and culturally responsive teaching, she works to equip both students and educators with the tools they need to thrive.

Currently serving in one of the nation’s top 20 largest school districts, just outside the nation’s capital, Dr. Davis brings a unique blend of innovation and instructional rigor to every learning environment. Her leadership has shaped school-wide initiatives in interdisciplinary teaching, project-based learning, and equity-centered STEM practices.

As a passionate advocate for teacher development, Dr. Davis is committed to creating professional learning spaces where all educators, including those in special education, ELD, and the arts, see themselves reflected, valued, and inspired. Whether she’s guiding educators in using Ozobots to teach math concepts or supporting students in finding their voices through integrated learning, her mission remains clear: to empower educators and students to lead with confidence, purpose, and possibility.

Dr. Davis continues to lead with vision, grounded in the belief that when we invest in teachers, we transform classrooms and ultimately, the future.
