Town Hall meetings welcome input from University community

The University of Rochester is dedicated to creating a campus environment that is safe, respectful and welcoming to all. A key part of this commitment is hearing from students, faculty and staff on the issues important to our University community, including campus safety.

All students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend an upcoming Town Hall meeting to share ideas, concerns and suggestions with President Joel Seligman and other University representatives.

At each Town Hall, a portion of the open discussion will be on the recently released Security Commission Report. The report and message from President Seligman can be found at https://www.rochester.edu/president/. Members of the University community may also comment on the report by emailing president@Rochester.edu through Sept. 23.

Town Hall Schedule:

  • Monday, Sept. 12, 3-4 p.m. – River Campus, Interfaith Chapel
  • Monday, Sept. 12, 5-6 p.m. – Medical Center, Upper Adolph Auditorium (3-7619)
  • Tuesday, Sept. 13, noon-1 p.m. – Eastman School of Music, Ray Wright Room (Room 120)
