Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences students need the approval of their undergraduate coordinator for all schedule changes. Students in the Class of 2027 and 2028 from the School of Arts & Sciences should communicate with their college advisor about any proposed changes to their schedule. Follow these instructions to find your advisor in UR Student. Undergraduate students must remain enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits to retain their full-time status.

Changes to Financial Aid Office appointment scheduling and check-in

As of September 16, the Financial Aid Office requires that all appointments, including in-person appointments in Wallis Hall, be scheduled in advance. Students who have scheduled an appointment with their counselor in Wallis Hall must bring their Student ID badge to enter Wallis Hall and check in for their appointment. Students checking in for their in-person appointment need to buzz in at the front doors of Wallis Hall (facing the river) with their Student ID badge visible.

Fall COVID-19 guidance from UHS

University Health Service (UHS) provides guidance for students on what actions to take if COVID-19 symptoms emerge, answering questions such as “What should I do if I think I might have COVID?,” and “Should I take a COVID test?” The CDC recommends the COVID-19 booster, and while UHS does not have it, it is available for free at pharmacies in the community.
