As members of the University of Rochester and co-chairs of the Genesee Staff Council, we, along with our council colleagues, represent the voices of the University staff community. Our Meliora motto “ever better” is the backbone of our motivation and could not be achieved without the support of our team members, University leadership, and the staff we represent.

Your feedback guides how we operate. Please share your thoughts and ideas on how we can improve your experience as a University of Rochester staff member. We are committed to fostering an environment where open communication and collaboration are the norm.
