Message from Co-chairs

As members of the University of Rochester and co-chairs of the Genesee Staff Council, we, along with our council colleagues, represent the voices of the University staff community. As co-chairs, we have an incredible opportunity to take your feedback and ideas on how we can make this an “ever better” place to work and share it with university leaders.

We want to create a supportive atmosphere where our council representatives and all staff feel safe to share ideas and concerns. We are excited to hear your ideas on how we can improve your experience as a University of Rochester staff member. We are committed to fostering an environment of open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
