- The University of Rochester and the Highlands at Pittsford have collaborated to offer wide-ranging continuing education courses to the residents of the Highlands at Pittsford.
- Weekly courses and monthly lectures focus primarily on the Arts & Sciences and are reflective of the academic disciplines of the University of Rochester.
