It's all Greek at the University of Rochester this year. Monica Miranda Smalls, director of fraternity and sorority affairs at the College, was presented with the 2008 Outstanding Greek Advisor Award by sorority Phi Sigma Sigma's national organization. In the same year, Smalls was also honored by her peers with the Association of Fraternity Advisors' (AFA) Sue Kraft Fussel Distinguished Service Award in recognition of her innovation, leadership, and guidance to the University's Greek-lettered organizations. She was one of five advisors chosen from more than 1,800 members of the AFA.
