NASA RPPR Process - Update

We want to alert you all to a change in the process for submitting NASA Research Performance Progress Reports (RPPRs). Last August, the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) announced that, effective 8/13/2025, all RPPRs were to be submitted via a webform available at a link provided by NSSC.

We have learned that this webform is no longer available, and faculty will need to submit their annual and final RPPR's via email. All PIs will receive an email reminder from NSSC that an RPPR is due, with instructions on submission.

The guidance on submissions will be: "This required report must be emailed to the NASA Grant Officer, the NASA Technical Officer CC'd on this email, and the New Technology Office listed on the Points of Contact sheet in your award dcouments".

To assist with preparation and ensure uniformity, ORPA is providing this draft cover page to use when preparing the RPPR submission. When you are ready to submit your RPPR, please be sure to include your ORPA RA on the submission email.
