New UR Supplier for Copy Paper

Effective Monday September 30, 2024 all copy paper products will no longer be purchased via W.B. Mason. These items will now be supplied by Staples.

Current in progress W.B. Mason orders should follow normal business processes.  All users are required to transition to Staples as the need for copy paper arises.

These items ultimately will be blocked from purchase via W.B. Mason therefore Staples will be the only available option for purchase.

Important: If you have a desktop printer but no longer require one please place a Help desk ticket for its removal.

Iron Mountain FAQ’s and Reminders

Iron Mountain questions and concerns regarding accounts already set up can be emailed to the askcustomerservice@ironmountain.com Team.  They will need to include the following information for the Customer Care team to identify your account:

  • Dept Address:
  • Division – Master Division
  • Dept ID – Either RC594 (Shred) or RC493 (Records Management)
  • Dept Name – Dept OP#

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Records that have a Destruction Date ARE NOT automatically destroyed.   Record Destruction Dates are reminders only that records are eligible for destruction on that date. You must submit a Records Destruction Order Request for eligible records to be destroyed.  Instructions for requesting record destruction can also be found on the UR Procurement page.
