Pcard Training

Prior to obtaining a Pcard and receiving access to the Procure to Pay system (UR Procurement) for Pcard Verification and Approvals, you must complete the required training below in MyPath.  To access the Pcard MyPath training, type “Pcard” in the search bar.

 

Required MyPath Training:

Procurement Card Policy Training  

This training is to educate on the proper policies and procedures involved in card usage.

 

Procurement Card Verification in Workday

This training is to ensure that Cardholders and Procurement Card Managers are familiar with the various verification steps in Workday Procurement (P2P) that are required to reconcile and approve Procurement Card transaction activity.
