St. Andrew’s Society Scholarship for Graduate Study in Scotland

Please be advised that before we nominate you or endorse your candidacy for a fellowship competition, we will perform a conduct and academic honesty check to confirm that you are in good disciplinary and academic standing. Click here for the release/waiver form; please sign and return to the Fellowships Office.

Sunday, October 29: Fellowships Preliminary Questionnaire (FPQ) due. Draft application due for initial review (see Fellowships Office for application materials).

NB: After submission of the FPQ, students should schedule an appointment with the Director of Fellowships (Belinda Redden). Call 276-5869 or stop by Fellowships Office in Dewey 4-209B to make appointment.

Monday, November 13, 4pm EST: Revised draft of complete St. Andrew’s application and all recommendation letters due for campus committee review process. For internal selection process, signed reference letters should be submitted on letterhead with a current date to the secure File Request folder on Dropbox. *Recommendation letter files should be named according to this format:

Student Last Name_Fellowship Name Rec_Recommender Last Name (e.g., Smith_Fulbright Rec_Jones)

Be sure to provide references with St. Andrew’s Society Graduate Scholarship overview and selection criteria.

Mid-November: St. Andrew’s Campus Nominating Committee meets to interview candidates and select nominee(s).


Sunday, December 10, 12pm EST: Complete, final, revised St. Andrew’s application and final recommendation letters due for nominees.
