Mission Statement
The College Diversity Roundtable (CDR) is charged with establishing a student centered forum by which diversity, in all its complexity and multi-faceted dimensions, can be discussed, supported, and affirmed. The forum is a place where students can advocate directly to senior leaders and administrators. The CDR consists of students, staff, and faculty.
The CDR is chaired by Dr. Jessica Guzmán-Rea.

Funding Resources for Students
One Community Grant
The One Community grant is designed to support culturally based programming and enhance the understanding and appreciation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. We encourage collaborative programs or activities that exemplify the spirit and purpose of supporting diversity and inclusion in our community.

Meliora Vision & Values Grant
Students are invited to apply for a mini grant to develop a program or activity that exemplifies the University's Meliora Vision & Value to our community. Each year one of the Meliora Values will be highlighted. Grants will be awarded in the amount of $200.

Bias-Related Incident Report
If you know of an incident motivated by age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, race, religion, or sexual orientation of the targeted person or group, please fill out the Bias-Related Incident Report.
CARE Referral
If you are concerned about an individual student, either yourself or a friend, please fill out a CARE Referral.
Community Concern Report
If you have a concern that impacts the UR community, such as a humanitarian concern, or any other issue that you would like to bring to our attention, please fill out the Community Concern Report.
