What advice do you have for prospective or new researchers?
Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone! Research can be intimidating, especially when you are first getting started, but trying something new or taking an extra step can sometimes be the most rewarding experiences.
Also, it's okay to try out multiple things until you find what kind of research is right for you. At first I thought I would only ever work in a wet lab setting, but then I found my passion for clinical research and now appreciate so much about both.
