What advice do you have for prospective or new researchers?
Allow your project to grow with you. Research involves a lot of communication, collaboration, and redirection. Welcome failures and feedback just as much as you celebrate your successes, because they can help your project evolve into something that is both meaningful to you and contributes to the broader scientific understanding of what you're studying.
