What advice do you have for prospective or new researchers?
Having an amazing lab culture is beyond important to loving research. Make sure that you meet your PI/Graduate student and ask about those details, because that's something that's really going to make or break your research experience. Also, don't be afraid to try something you know nothing about, that helps introduce you to such interesting topics and projects.
