What advice do you have for prospective or new researchers?

Starting research can seem very daunting, and being open-minded is very important to be able to find your passion. The love of learning will drive your motivation for research, so stay curious! You aren't supposed to know everything at first and it is okay you do not - the journey is the best part of the process.
