Your financial aid counselor
We encourage you to correspond directly with your financial aid counselor. Counselors for undergraduate and graduate students are assigned based on the first letter(s) of your last name, as illustrated in the table below, with the exception of students in more specialized programs (see specialized programs section in the table).
Scheduling appointments
Students and families have the ability to schedule appointments with their financial aid counselor through the web-based Calendly platform. In addition to in-person appointments, phone calls and Zoom video conferencing are also available based on your preference.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments.
Each counselor has a personal Calendly URL that will direct you to their calendar and provide you with fifteen minute blocks of availability to choose from. You can select whether you prefer in-person, a phone call, or a Zoom conference; indicate who will be attending the appointment; and give a brief reason for the appointment to help your counselor prepare for the conversation. If you select the phone call option, keep in mind that the call will come from a restricted number. If you opt for a Zoom conference, you will receive an email with the Zoom link included.
Appointments in Wallis Hall
Current students visiting Wallis Hall for scheduled in-person appointments must have their Student ID badge in order to enter the building and check in for their appointment. Students can buzz in at the front door of Wallis Hall (facing the river) and must have their Student ID badge visible.
For prospective students and families, please make sure that your visitor badge is visible when buzzing in.
