This policy applies to all University of Rochester postdoctoral positions including postdoctoral associates (093), postdoctoral fellows (095), visiting postdoctoral fellows (094), and postdocs with joint appointments (095/093, 093/094, 094/093).
The annual salary/stipend minimum for full-time postdoctoral positions is $58,656.
Postdocs with full-time, partial year appointments must receive a weekly minimum of $1,128.
Postdocs with part-time appointments are paid on an hourly basis and must receive a minimum of $28.20 per hour. Part-time postdocs are eligible to receive overtime for hours worked over 40 in one week.
