Members of the University community not currently using any anti-virus software can click here to join the effort to keep the University network virus-free. The University coordinated a large volume anti-virus software purchase in 2006 to encourage widespread use of comprehensive anti-virus programs on the University’s network. The software, from Sophos, offers a broad range of protection for desktops, file servers, email servers, and gateways. It is available for free to all faculty, students, and staff at the University.
