2025 W-2 Forms (Wage and Tax Statements) Now Available Online

Your 2025 W-2 Form (Wage and Tax Statement) is now available online through myURHR.

To view or print your W-2:

Log in to Workday
Navigate to Benefits & Pay Hub Overview
Select My Tax Documents

Employees who did not consent to electronic delivery of their W-2 will receive a paper copy by mail on January 31, 2026.

New this year: W-2 Forms include an additional field in Box 14 for certain overtime reporting. For further information, please visit the Payroll webpage at News and Announcements | Payroll.

If you require the Payroll Office to reproduce your W-2, please complete the Duplicate W-2 Request Form available on the Payroll website:

The Payroll Office will begin processing duplicate W-2 requests on February 15, 2026. Requests are processed within three (3) business days; please allow additional time for mailing. To help us manage volume, we kindly ask that you do not call or email to check the status of your request until at least seven (7) business days after submission.
