Required Title IX and sexual misconduct prevention training on Blackboard9/17/2026 |
| All first-year and new students, student athletes, and student leaders must complete comprehensive online student training to educate them about domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault prevention, which is vital to the safety and well-being of campus, aligns with URochester’s institutional values, and ensures compliance with state and federal law.
These trainings are issued by the Office for Civil Rights Compliance and Title IX through the student Blackboard portal and launched on September 14. Completion of these training courses is required by the assigned due date of Friday, October 16. Failure to complete these trainings by the due date results in automatic registration holds placed on a student’s account or other restrictions. Find additional information here. |
