In celebration of the awarding of the 2009 Nobel Prize for Literature to Herta Müller, the Goethe-Institut, the German Book Office, the Consulate General of Germany and the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York, cordially invite you to a talk on the author and her work with her U.S. publisher, Sara Bershtel, Metropolitan Books,
and her American translator, Philip Boehm, followed by a toast to the new Laureate.
