University Reservations
Student Reservations
To request a room students should complete and submit the UR Student Reservation Request Form. You will receive feedback within 24 hours for requests submitted Monday through Friday, and the next business day for requests submitted on weekends and holidays. If your requested space and date is available a reservation contract will be sent via email for your review and sign.
For events with over 100 attendees, open to the public and/or serving food please follow the event registration process found on the Office of the Dean of Students website.
University students and student organizations will not be charged for the use of the chapel rooms for events held during chapel building hours. However, it is expected that the rooms will be left clean and in default setting (diagrams available in each room) following each use. You will also be expected to pay a refundable $75 security deposit in the form of 312 blue requisition payable to the Chapel for your event.
You are responsible for coordinating all support services such as furniture setup, reset, housekeeping after the event as well as media, parking, caterers, etc. and all costs associated with the event. You can, however, rent tables, chairs, and other chapel equipment for a small fee. Approval on CCC or a work order number confirming arrangements with facilities and/or housekeeping is required three days before your event and should be given to the chapel reservation coordinator.
