Thursday, April 9, 2026—RNA Structure and Function Cluster

The RNA Cluster will meet Thursday, April 9 at 4 p.m. in K-307, Medical School. There will be two talks:

1. “Revisiting the closed loop model of translation: biological functions of eIF4G-PABP interaction.”
   Dr. Dmitri Ermolenko (Ermolenko’s lab)
2. “Dynamic competition between nuclear PIA-RNA stabilization and decay shapes mitochondrial activity and precludes neurological disorders.”
   Dr. Xavier Rambout (Maquat’s lab).
