Global Engagement Student Organization Support Request Form

The UR Global Offices (Office of Global Engagement, Center for Education Abroad, and International Services Office) proudly support efforts by student organizations to build community and belonging among international students and any cultural organizations at the University of Rochester. These offices can provide support for student organization events serving international students around the university or events advancing intercultural and global fluency. The events must be sponsored by student organizations officially recognized by Wilson Commons or a school/department within the University of Rochester. Our support can include advertising, funding, or staff support. Our requests do not include support for the organizing the event, reserving rooms, or creating the content of the event. Please remember that while OGE, CEA, and ISO can provide extra support, your primary support should always be the organization’s advisor and funding unit (Wilson Commons for River Campus undergrads, school offices for graduate students, and the Eastman Office for Student Activities for Eastman School of Music students). Events must be pre-approved by advisors before any support is granted.
