Welcome to Rochester

The Dean of Students, Anne-Marie Algier, welcomes new and returning students to the University of Rochester in her letter to incoming students. Dean Algier encourages all students to take advantage of the many resources available on campus, and reminds students that her office is here if they find themselves in need of additional support.

The CARE Network

The CARE Network exists to identify and support students who may be struggling. A CARE Referral is submitted when someone is concerned about a University of Rochester student. Any individual connected with the University of Rochester community is welcome to submit a CARE Referral, or contact a CARE staff member directly.
